Super Greens Smoothie
(I like to keep the sugar intake low in the morning)
(Makes 1 meal, 2 snack size smoothies)
Ingredients:
2 handfuls of spinach
Couple sprigs of spinach
Half a lemon juice
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup of frozen cauliflower
2 tbs of flax seed
1 cup of preferred milk or water
Pinch of sea salt
Dash of cinnamon and cardamon
1 tbs Spriulina
1 tbs of coconut oil, or fresh avocado
Optional: Scoop of protein powder, or 2 tbs raw cacoa powder
Topped with nuts! (Chia, walnut, macadamia, almond, pecans, coconut flakes)
If sometimes in the winter you are cold and don’t feel like a cold smoothie in the morning, you can warm it up! In the vitamix after a few minutes it will begin to heat the ingredients. and Voila!
