Super Greens Smoothie

(I like to keep the sugar intake low in the morning)

(Makes 1 meal, 2 snack size smoothies)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 handfuls of spinach

  • Couple sprigs of spinach

  • Half a lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup of frozen cauliflower

  • 2 tbs of flax seed

  • 1 cup of preferred milk or water

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Dash of cinnamon and cardamon

  • 1 tbs Spriulina

  • 1 tbs of coconut oil, or fresh avocado

  • Optional: Scoop of protein powder, or 2 tbs raw cacoa powder

  • Topped with nuts! (Chia, walnut, macadamia, almond, pecans, coconut flakes)

If sometimes in the winter you are cold and don’t feel like a cold smoothie in the morning, you can warm it up! In the vitamix after a few minutes it will begin to heat the ingredients. and Voila!
