Roasted Kale with Lemon Tahini Salad

Ingredients: (Feeds 2 very hungry people)

  • 2 BundleS of Tuscan Kale de-stemmed and chopped

  • 4 tbs of tahini

  • 1 lemon worth of juice

  • Optional: Pasture raised Chicken, wild caught Fish or organic Tempeh to top!

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven or air fryer 425

  2. Place the kale with drizzled olive oil salt and pepper and place in oven for 10-15’ or until lightly browned

  3. Place salad directly in large bowl and toss with tahini and lemon, season with salt and pepper. SUPER EASY
