(1 person,3-4 wraps)

Ingredients:

  • 3 De-stemmed collard green leaves

  • Canned or fresh Wild Caught Salmon or Sardines, Anchovies, Tuna

  • 2 sprigs of green onions

  • Handful of parsley

  • Diced pepper

  • 1 tsp of dijon (or more if you'd like!)

  • 1/4 of avocado

  • Basil to top

Steps:

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl, mash up with fork

  2. Salt and pepper to taste!

  3. Add to de-stemmed collard greens, roll up like a burrito. Cut in have for serving.
