Collard Green Wrap
(1 person,3-4 wraps)
Ingredients:
3 De-stemmed collard green leaves
Canned or fresh Wild Caught Salmon or Sardines, Anchovies, Tuna
2 sprigs of green onions
Handful of parsley
Diced pepper
1 tsp of dijon (or more if you'd like!)
1/4 of avocado
Basil to top
Steps:
Put all ingredients in a bowl, mash up with fork
Salt and pepper to taste!
Add to de-stemmed collard greens, roll up like a burrito. Cut in have for serving.
