Fudgey Black Bean Protein Cake
Preheat oven to 375ºF
1 Can of black beans RINSED (rinse a few times so that there is not residual bean flavoring)
1 1/2 tbls Vanilla
3 Pasture raised eggs
2 tbls Coconut oil
1/3 Cup raw cocoa powder
1/2 Cup of almond milk
1/3 Cup of coconut flour
1/3 Cup of maple syrup/or honey
Pinch of salt
Blend all ingredients together in blender
Bake at 375ºF for 35-40 mins (until fork comes out clean)
Dust with sifted cocoa for a WOWZA affect
