Kitchen Sink Cookies
Preheat oven to 375
Ingredients:
Blend (if high speed processor)/ food process the following:
1 Can of Beans (any kind! (I used dry red beans and yielded 1 and a half cooked cup
1/2 cup of plant based milk (I used almond)
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup cocoa nibs or cocoa powder
1 tbs pure vanilla
3 tbs coconut oil
1/4 cup of ground flax seed
Stir in separate bowl:
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup pecans
2 large shredded carrots
1 shredded apple
